Terms and Conditions

• Usually the first contact is noncommittal and free of charge (unless exceptional travel and preparation expenses are incurred). We are willing to operate on a worldwide basis.
• An initial discussion to define the tasks, the expected performance and time frame, would follow.
• Incurred costs will be billed on time and effort basis plus VAT. Potential travel and hotel accommodations will be advised separately.
• Multi-day or long ongoing assignments will receive special quotations.
• The current General Standard Terms and Conditions apply and pricing, accounting and payment policies are usually part of the offer or will be determined / finalised when the mandate is placed.
